Just as all precious metals do, sterling silver will oxidize over time. When silver is properly maintained, it improves with age and forms a beautiful luster. Please read the following on how to care for your precious jewels.
Simply clean all sterling silver components with a mild soap and water solution. Allow water to bead and pat dry with a gentle cloth.
Jewels with more stubborn dirt, use a jewelry cleaner labeled for silver jewelry.
Always store your silver jewels in a cool, dry area; preferably in a air-tight bag or container to prevent tarnishing and build-up. If using an alternative storing method, always be sure to wrap jewels in a soft piece of felt or cloth to prevent tarnishing.
Store jewelry pieces individually to prevent jewels from rubbing together and damaging one another.
Do not rub silver with anything other than a polishing cloth. The use of tissue paper and paper towels can cause scratching.
Never wear sterling silver in chlorine water.
Polymer Clay Beads
All polymer clay beads are handcrafted and re-inforced with liquid clay. By no means are these beads indestructable. As with all jewelry, please supervise children ages 3 and under at all times. Our jewels do contain small parts which may present themselves as choking hazards.
Water exposure is permissible, but please do not submerge for more than 24 hours. To clean most stains, simply wipe with a mild soap and water solution and pat dry.
If you anticipate your child to participate in "rowdy" forms of activity, please remove jewelry to prevent damage to beads.
